ABSTRACT
The research study is all about Various Issues and Challenges among the Transitional Experiences of Grade 5 Students from Modular and Online Learning to In-Person Classes: Basis for a Proposed Activity Plan. The research study is all about determining this different issues and challenges that talks about the transitional experiences of Grade 5 students. The study is a Qualitative research which is Phenomenological research in nature. The research study chosen location is in Cataning Integrated School which is participated by selected Grade 5 students. As part of the inclusion criteria in choosing the respondents the student should be able to experience the pandemic setting of learning and should n0w be transitioning to new learning set-up which is now in Cataning Integrated School. The chosen sampling technique is purposive sampling technique which is best fit for the study. The findings of the study suggest that there should be a well-organized plan for the students for them to make their experiences better in terms of their studies particularly in the subject Science. It also suggests effective activities that will best suit their needs in times of their transitional experiences. In conclusion it can be revealed that the transitional experiences of the students should be well discussed to be able to make valuable adjustments. Also, it can be revealed that the proposed plan from the gathered data is hope to contribute to findings of the study and be able to address different issues and challenges which is focused on the main topic of the research study.
